Endowment Fund

SYMPHONY ENDOWMENT FUND

A gift to the Austin Symphony’s Endowment Fund will help build a stable and secure financial foundation for the ASO. This fund will assure the Orchestra’s continued excellence and educational programs for future generations. The Endowment Campaign was approved by the Board of Directors in 1996. An initial goal of $10 million has been met and continues to grow today. A gift to the Endowment Campaign is a gift that will never be spent, as only a percentage of the interest earned on the principal will be distributed to the ASO. To date, the Endowment has distributed over $2 million to the Austin Symphony Orchestra to: Enhance Artistic Excellence, Expand Community Outreach, and Assure Financial Stability. We invite you to beome a part of the future of the Austin Symphony Orchestra by making a gift to the Endowment Campaign.

There are many unique opportunities for those who wish to invest in the future of the Austin Symphony Orchestra. Endowment gift opportunities are available to endow orchestra chairs, concerts, guest artists, educational programs, or establish legacies for honored individuals.

The ASO Board of Directors has also approved the placement in the Endowment Fund for all Memorials and Tributes honoring individuals or for a special occasion, and those gifts in addition to general endowment gifts may be made online below.
